The Backswing Vegas Getaway Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Backswing, INC (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social platform.
- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) are not eligible to enter or win the giveaway.
- Entry Period
Sweepstakes begins on September 16th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends on October 20th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).
- How to Enter
During the Entry Period, participants may enter by:
- Download Entry (Free): Download the Backswing app and create an account using a valid email address = 1 entry.
- Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor within 72 hours of the Entry Period ending. Odds of winning depend on valid entries.
- Prizes
- Grand Prize (2 Winners): Each winner will receive a trip for two to Las Vegas, NV, including:
- One guest (plus one)
- Golf at Paiute Resort on the Snow and Sun Courses
- Airbnb accommodations
- Covered travel expenses
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.000 USD
- Additional Prizes (6 Winners): Each will receive one Vortex Anarch Range Finder. ARV: $599 each. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor within 72 hours of the Entry Period ending. Odds of winning depend on valid entries.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email or direct message within 72 hours of drawing. The winner must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to timely respond, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected on the following day.
- Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Golf Trip Giveaway, entrants agree to download and register on our official mobile app, available on iOS and Android, as a mandatory condition of entry. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and all social media platforms used for promotion from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation, app download, registration, or acceptance/use of any prize.
- Governing Law
Sweepstakes governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. - Privacy
